Andrew Rossouw founded Pinnacle Airconditioning with a clear vision: to elevate climate control from a building service to an integral part of architectural design. Working alongside homeowners, architects, interior designers and builders, Andrew leads the design philosophy behind every Pinnacle project, creating bespoke climate control solutions that deliver exceptional comfort, discreet integration and long-term performance. Merle Brudvig
National Office Manager
Merle oversees the day-to-day administration that keeps Pinnacle operating efficiently. From client communication and scheduling to project coordination and administrative support, she ensures every client experiences the professional service and responsiveness that defines the Pinnacle brand.
Her role allows the technical team to remain focused on delivering exceptional climate control solutions while maintaining clear communication throughout every project.
Jade-Leigh Rossouw
National Design & Projects Coordinator
Jade-Leigh is responsible for transforming architectural concepts into practical climate control designs. She prepares system layouts, quotations and technical proposals while coordinating projects from the office to ensure every detail is carefully planned before work begins on site.
Her attention to detail and commitment to organisation help ensure every Pinnacle project progresses smoothly from initial consultation through to completion.
Taylan Grib
Operations & Projects Manager
Taylan oversees the successful delivery of Pinnacle projects from planning through to completion. Working closely with the office, installation teams and clients, he ensures projects remain organised, resources are coordinated efficiently and timelines are maintained.
His role is to ensure every project is delivered with the professionalism, communication and attention to detail that clients expect from Pinnacle.
Tshepho Pholoba
Site Team Leader
Tshepho leads Pinnacle’s installation team, ensuring every climate control system is installed to the company’s exacting standards.
Working closely with the design team, he coordinates on-site activities, maintains quality control and ensures each installation reflects the precision and craftsmanship expected on luxury residential projects.
Mack Mametja
Technical & Commissioning
Mack leads Pinnacle’s technical operations, ensuring every climate control system is installed, commissioned and optimised to the company’s exacting standards.
Working closely with the installation and design teams, he provides technical guidance on site, oversees system commissioning and verifies that every installation delivers the performance, efficiency and reliability expected on luxury residential projects.
